   - An unboxing video is crucial for processing any replacement request. This video serves as proof of the product's condition at the time of receipt and must clearly show the unboxing process, starting from the unopened package to the inspection of the product.

2. Replacement Request Time Frame
   - Replacement requests are accepted only within 3 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that any issues are reported promptly within this period.

3. Damaged Products
   - If you receive a damaged product, it is essential to create an unboxing video that documents the damage. This video will be required to initiate and validate the replacement process.
